Breakfast: shredded wheat with skim milk
Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich on wheat bread, boiled carrots, quesadilla (lowfat tortilla, ham, cheese fat free mayo)
Dinner: Ground turkey with collard greens
Exercise: 1 hour cardio
