Breakfast: shredded wheat with skim milk
Lunch: South Beach Meal Replacement Bar
Snack: apple slices with reduced fat peanut butter and reduced fat cream cheese
Dinner: tuna with whole wheat pasta and reduced fat mayo and broccoli and cauliflower
Exercise: Only did 45 minutes of cardio
**Ended up eating Junior Mints as a snack
Menard and Sophia had fun with green screen
