Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat cereal with skim milk
Lunch: quesadilla (7 cheese cubes on whole wheat tortilla)
Snack: 1 Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich
Dinner: grilled chicken salad with vinaigrette dressing (from Whataburger)
Exercise: 1 hour cardio
