Not a very healthy day!!
Breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat with skim milk
Snack:7 cheese cubes
Lunch: South Beach Meal Bar and a big plate of vegetables in teriyaki sauce (I can already feel the bloating from the salt intake!!)
Snack: Cheese cubes and Lays Cracker crisps
Dinner: 1/2 chicken fajita taco and a tall light mint mocha frappuccino
Exercise: 1 hour cardio
