Zachary's 1st Day at Daycare!!! SCARY!!!
Breakfast: Nothing...too many nerves!
Lunch: brown rice, chicken, peas and carrots
Dinner: South Beach Meal Bar
Exercise: 45 minutes
Snack: had some pretzel rods with peanut butter
Menard and Sophia had fun with green screen

I saw your weigh in and that you were at the same. Maybe you're not getting enough calories. I think you should count calories a couple of days just to see how many you're getting.
I didn't weigh in...I've been doing bad, bad, bad.
Tomorrow is a new day and I plan on having a great week.
