Breakfast: bowl of Weight Control oatmeal with skim milk
Lunch: South Beach Meal Replacement Bar
Dinner: Chicken with whole wheat pasta and some boiled carrots
Exercise: Took a day off...errands to run!
Snack: Ate a movie-size box of Junior Mints (couldn't resist!)
Menard and Sophia had fun with green screen
