Snack: 1 tall light mint mocha frappuccino (YES, YES...from Starbuck's)
Lunch: Slim Fast Meal Replacement Shake
Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, white rice with mushrooms
Snack: A lot of dark covered chocolate Raisinets
Exercise: 1 hour cardio
