Snack: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
Lunch: shredded wheat with skim milk
Snack: York Peppermint pattie
Dinner: 2 Ball Park Fat Free turkey wieners with mustard and relish
Exercise: 1 hour cardio
More snacks: Another Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich and a few spoonfuls of peanut butter
